How can I withdraw?
Taking money out takes about a minute. Here's how.
You'll need at least £10 in your withdrawable funds to make a withdrawal.
Withdrawable funds, bonus funds and held funds
Your Account page shows three balances, and only one of them can be withdrawn:

Withdrawable funds — money you can take out right now

Bonus funds — bonus money you've been awarded. It needs to be played through before it becomes withdrawable
Held funds — money you've asked to withdraw that we couldn't send to your card, usually because it's expired, inactive, or been reported lost. Your money's safe — you'll get it by bank transfer instead, and it's worth checking in with your bank too.
No held funds showing? Nothing's pending — all your withdrawals have gone through.
One thing to know: withdrawable funds is the balance that counts. If it shows £0.00, there's nothing more to withdraw right now.
Withdraw from the app

Open your Account → Tap the Account icon at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Withdraw → You'll find it at the top of the page, next to Add money.

Choose your amount → Enter how much you'd like to take out. It can be any amount from £10 up to your withdrawable funds balance.

Tap Withdraw funds → That's it — a confirmation message will be displayed on your screen.
Withdraw on your computer

Click My Account in the bar at the top of the page.

Click Withdraw funds.

Choose your amount and the card you'd like the money to go to.

Click Withdraw funds to confirm.
Where does the money go?
Your withdrawal goes back to the card you deposited with. If that card no longer works — it's expired, or been replaced — we'll send it to your bank account instead, as long as you've added one.
Adding a bank account takes a minute and means a failed card withdrawal doesn't hold you up. You can do it from Update payment details.
How long does it take?
It depends on how you're withdrawing:

cards and Apple Pay — usually 3 to 5 days. If you're with VISA debit or some Mastercard banks, fast withdrawals can land in as little as 2 to 4 hours

bank transfer — 3 to 5 days

cheque — up to 14 days
We'll email you once yours has been processed. If it's been longer than 4 hours for a fast withdrawal or 5 working days for a standard one, get in touch and we'll take a look.
